Tequ, part of The 55 Group is open five days a week, 8am-5pm.
You can log an issue through the website for the team to pick up and you can also speak to your account manager who can keep you in the loop with any specific updates
A member of the team will update you within one working day of receipt of the issue and depending on the exact problem will communicate the fix rate to you
If the qualification already exists within our portal you can add it immediately. If we need to create a new qualification, there are plenty of ways for us to do this for you at the point of inclusion
