The first steps on your Tequ journey, let's look at your curriculum intent and decide which qualifications you need in your online library.
This is the opportunity for your centre's super user to receive their credentials and receive a step by step guide to navigating around the system, onboarding and managing all users
The next step is to get all centre users confidently trained to use the platform. This session can be done in groups of five up to three times with a train the trainer approach to managing the system moving forward
Now is the time to see all of your caseloads and qualification data in one place and have learners using the system. Your account manager will be on hand to get you up and running
An opportunity to explore areas again and/or add new users into the mix. Any product updates will be communicated via a free webinar/training session
Forward planned 3, 6 and 9 month reviews to ensure not only are you using the system to its full capacity but to check that you're happy with the platform and that your learners are happy too!
At the 12 month point we will work with you to renew your contract and apply any necessary updates that are needed into the system
